VP-X Pro & VP-X Sport Development Kit This section documents the software interfaces to the Vertical Power VP-X Pro and VP-X Sport. This includes an updated Interface Control Document along with a revised implementation guide. The VP-X Pro and Sport are designed to be configured using the Vertical Power Configurator Application using an Ethernet connection. These resources are provided solely for the use of our software-savvy customers to explore and investigate the interfaces to the VP-X. They are not designed or intended for use by people who are unfamiliar with software development tools. These interfaces are NOT supported by Vertical Power, and we DO NOT provide phone or email support for these interfaces. Getting Started The VP-X Interface Control Document (ICD) provides a detailed description of the VP-X serial interface protocol and message set. In addition, this document contains a set of important recommendations for EFIS developers planning to integrate their EFIS systems with the VP-X. Vertical Power reserves the right to change or withdraw the interfaces at any time. The VP-X is intended for use in aviation applications and other applications may void the warranty.
